Letting fee’s, commission and any additional fees that are agreed to prior to appointment will be deducted from rental income collected at the end of each month.
Rental income is paid into your nominated account mid-monthly or on the first business day of each month (or the next business day where this falls on a public holiday). You will be provided with a written statement outlining all incomings and outgoings relating to the property via email on this day and funds are usually received 48 hours after end of month is performed.
Routine inspections are carried out every 16 weeks after the commencement of tenancy. Provided the property is in good order, subsequent inspections will occur 16 weeks thereafter. If any damage is noted at inspections, your property manager will re-inspect providing the tenant 7 days to rectify. You will be provided with a copy of your inspection report and photographs for your information.
